About Everhome Care.

We're a small, nurse-led aged care service built on one belief: the people who matter most deserve to stay safely and respectfully in the place they know best, their own home.

Our team

The team behind Everhome Care.

The team behind Everhome Care brings experience from across acute hospital care, aged care, and community health. Years on the frontline showed us the same pattern repeat itself: older Australians deteriorating unnecessarily, or moving into residential care prematurely, simply because consistent, high-quality support at home wasn't available.

Some of the moments that stayed with us weren't dramatic. They were small. A patient who came back to hospital because no one had noticed a medication side-effect at home. A frail woman who wouldn't shower for days because the carer assigned to her changed every visit. A daughter, exhausted, telling us she just wanted someone she could trust.

Everhome Care was built around exactly that, being the someone families can trust. Nurse-led. Personal. Consistent. Clinically informed enough to catch the small things early, and human enough to know that care is more than tasks on a checklist.

Our mission

To keep more older Australians safely at home, for longer.

Australia has world-class hospitals and good aged care facilities, but the support in between, the support that lets people stay in their own home, is too often inconsistent, impersonal, and clinically thin. We're here to change that, one family at a time.

Why home matters
"Independence isn't about being alone. It's about continuing to do what you love, in the garden you've tended for thirty years."
What we stand for

Four things we won't compromise on.

i.

Clinical depth

Every client is overseen by a Registered Nurse. Care plans are clinically informed, regularly reviewed, and adjusted as health and circumstances change.

ii.

Consistency

The same small team, visit after visit. We don't send rotating strangers. Familiarity isn't a luxury, for older clients, it's the difference between resistance and trust.

iii.

Honest communication

Real updates, prompt callbacks, and a direct line to the people actually delivering care. No call-centre middlemen, no chasing for information.

iv.

Dignity, always

Your loved one is a person, with a history, a routine, and preferences that matter. Care that doesn't honour that isn't care; it's just task-completion.

v.

Family as partners

You know your loved one better than anyone. We listen, we ask, and we keep you in the loop, because the best care plans are the ones built with families, not for them.

vi.

Slow when it matters

We don't rush onboarding, assessments, or relationships. Beginning care should feel reassuring, not transactional. Whatever pace your family needs, that's our pace.

Our promise
"We will care for your mum or dad the way we'd want our own to be cared for. Same team, every visit. Same standard, every shift. And we'll always pick up the phone."
